GUESS WHAT?!
IKEA in Denver is finally opening today! I actually won't be there, because I'm not that crazy. But someday soon I will be taking myself on an IKEA treat. I actually haven't bought anything but essentials since Tiana left in an attempt to save money for just such an occasion, so if I do get to go buy something, I'll definitely let you know! I'm still in the market for rugs and nightstands and storage options, so it won't be entirely frivolous, I promise!
In other news, I've been putting whipped cream in my coffee while I do my Bible Study in the mornings, and I'm pretty sure God approves. I'm finally feeling much better and therefore my dishes are finally done and my bed is even made. I just need to break out the vacuum to clean up from the new dog toys my puppy decided to destroy rather than play with. And speaking of the dog, after a year-long hiatus, she's started chewing up shoes again!?! What the heck, dog? I'm going to have to get back in the habit of putting all my shoes away!

Ohhh! Fun! We don't tend to shopping very often around here, so when we do it is a treat. :) I can't wait to see what you end up buying!

ReplyDeleteI had whipped cream in my coffee a couple of months for the first time! It was a cool thing this local restaurant does and I swear it blew my mind. So delicious :)
